Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

CrestBid subscriptions are sold by InfoAsk LLC through our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and payment processing on our behalf. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled.

2. Free Evaluation

Every customer can evaluate the full CrestBid platform free for 30 days with no credit card and no payment. We encourage you to use the free evaluation to confirm CrestBid meets your needs before purchasing a paid plan.

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid CrestBid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds for the initial purchase within this window are granted without question. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order details, or contact Paddle directly via the receipt you received by email.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time. After cancellation, your license remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Because CrestBid runs locally on your hardware, your data and projects remain on your machine and are unaffected by cancellation. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the link in any Paddle billing email.

5. Renewals

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds for renewal charges are considered on a case-by-case basis when requested within 14 days of the renewal date. We recommend cancelling before a renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

6. Enterprise Agreements

Enterprise plans purchased under a custom order or contract are governed by the refund and cancellation terms in that agreement, which supersede this policy.
