What happens after my 30-day evaluation?
After 30 days, your Starter license expires. You can upgrade to a paid plan to continue using CrestBid. Your data and projects are preserved.
Are there any usage limits?
CrestBid runs locally on your hardware. There are no per-query fees or API rate limits. The only limits are your local GPU resources.
Can I self-host Enterprise?
Yes. Enterprise includes fully on-premises deployment with no external dependencies. We provide Docker Compose packages and custom deployment support.
What hardware do I need?
Minimum: NVIDIA GPU with 8GB VRAM (GTX 1060 or better). Recommended: RTX 3060 12GB or higher for optimal performance. CPU-only mode is also available.
How do I receive my license key?
After payment, your license key is emailed to you within seconds. Open CrestBid, go to Settings > License, and paste the key to activate.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal through our secure payment processor Paddle. All transactions are in USD.
Do you offer discounts?
